WatchI need to head up the loft at my parents’ house and find all my old Scalextric track and add it to this so it can span between rooms! I should have a good 45 or 50 feet boxed up in a cupboard.

Christmas Eve
For those who have been following me since before Christmas last year, this Christmas Eve is going better than last year, I came home from work and we still had a ceiling in the bathroom!
For those who haven’t been following me that long, last year the woman upstair’s mains water pipe burst, flooded our house and brought our ceilings down!
Only 3 more songs and building the finale then we’re finished! I kind of hate the fact that Christmas day is exciting more because it’s our day off rather than any other reason but I shall be enjoying myself all the same!

Pantomime and stuff...
I just turned round and looked out the window and it would seem the snow has started to fall properly. It has been threatening us with sleet for a few days but those are actual snowflakes now. Driving into work this morning I looked across the river and all the mountains were already covered and the snow line was probably only a couple of hundred feet or so up the hills. Getting in for a half 10...
